30 Tết

A big dinner for the whole big family. Every dish is so good. Drink is Bin 2. Feel sleepy and tired now as lack of siesta and too hard working in the kitchen for 2 days. But happy, indeed. It is 23:15 at the moment. The New Year is coming very soon. Received fewer wishes so far than last year. Sent to no one. I am so lazy. Yes, I am. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

29 Tết

Trời trở lạnh. Lạnh dần dần. Đêm qua còn bật quạt đắp chăn đấy.
Cả ngày thu dọn, kỳ cọ, lau chùi, sắp xếp, nấu nướng, dọn rửa, mua sắm. Đến tận 4:30pm cả nhà mới cùng nhau rong ruổi xe máy đi chợ HOA. Lạnh ngọt quá, gió cay xè mắt, no kính, no khẩu trang, just want to enjoy chút gió lạnh. Lạnh đúng lúc thật. Thấy Tết hẳn. Hoa khắp nơi. Đường phố vắng nhiều so với mấy ngày trước. Vẫn có 1, 2 chú áo vàng lấp ló ngay mấy ngã tư. Got home. Cooked. Dinner with canh măng ớt đầu cá hồi (@_@), cải xào dầu hào nấm hương, khau nhục & tim bò. Lại lau chùi, dọn dẹp. Chăm thế không biết. Nhưng enjoy lắm mà. It emails qúa. Thư giãn tí đây!

Ong Cong Ong Tao

Nam nay toi an Tet tu 23 am lich...

Sang thu 7, moi hom qua thoi, quay 3 vong moi do duoc xe, roi lai bat taxi toi nha hang?!. Dao nay cong an lam gat lam, khong chu quan duoc. Moi nguoi da bat dau tu lau, tim cho minh mot cho sau cai cot to. Tung nguoi, tung nguoi present phan cua minh. Mo may, online, nhu co cai gi do thoi thuc, check, an email, bcc, hic, unexpectedly, so close, so familiar. Paid almost no attention to the presentation, but replied several important emails that forgot to do earlier, luckily, still had enough time. Smiled. Sth like a pride arising inside.
I am pressing these lines when being on the way back to HL from TY. It was quite long since I passed TY the last time. Just had a hurry and heavy dinner after a quick tour around the town and market. Doan nay xoc qua, hoi hoa mat, duong rat xau, qua nhieu khuc quanh va doc. Chang di phai xuong xe doi lai o CO vi trinh con non, ma toan containers nguoc chieu.
Vui. Rat nhe nhang. Hanh phuc chi don gian boi hai chu tien va tinh, nhi. Vi sao luc nay lai co the type nhieu nhu the, den gan hai thang khong viet gi roi day. Hom qua bat ngo vi nhan them mot giai phu, giai ca nhan co nhieu y kien dong gop nhat! A very nice party later it was. I left early. Picked NH up on the way home. Packed up very quickly... Duong xoc qua. Xe hom qua dinh dinh, vua duoc va va rua sang nay, gio lai bam day bun dat. Xoc kinh. Tiep chuyen hom qua... Left home for Nghi Tam, then Tan Dan at 3. Arrived in HL at 8. Had a very sound sleep last nite, really, could not get out of bed until 9:30... Xoc qua. Ngoi bang sau nen cung met, nam de chiu hon chang?

Toi qua passed Tiamo, this morning too. It would be nicer if I had time sitting there having a drink, looking at people passing outside. Just thinking of that makes me moved, yes, 3 tuan, vua moi day thoi... Bot xoc nhung cua nhieu, chong ca mat, hi vong thang sau duong moi duoc lam xong. Vua qua cho chiec container mat lai lao xuong ve duong, gio da duoc keo len. So. Duong vang xe hon luc di, thinh thoang moi co den pha nguoc chieu. Khat, de quay lai lam ngum lavie da, press tiep sau...

Giao thừa

00:10am, MyDinh ground

It was raining (Spring rain) when we went out. MyDinh ground was crowded with people. Many parents brought their children here. Rain prevented the fireworks from glittering its best beauty.
00:18am, we left MD to go to the pagoda. Wow, so crowded. Bundles of incense were burned.

We walked around to and for Luck, and Happiness.

We also drew some lots. Everything is fine and smooth this year, say the lots. Hope so! Arrived home at 01:08am, did not remember who was the first to enter the house ?! Go to bed now, 02:27am already . Happy Tet nha!

30 Tết

Got out of bed at 9:55am. Feel very comfortable. Started to up. The first thing was the bookshelf. Did not dare to touch the wardrobe as it would consume a lot of time and that several pieces would say goodbye, not today. Rearrange something for a new atmosphere. Things seemed to be fine when the clock said 4:00pm. Had a shower, nail cut. No time for a short rest. I started to cook. Called MC and QB to come with us. Dinner was very traditional with boiled chicken, Nem, vermicelli with dried bamboo shoot, beef fried with vegetables, grilled squid, drink was claret. Every dish was delicious, especially my NEM, said Q, not me, hihi. We watched TV all together after dinner, the program was very interesting. QB left at 10. They are going to HongKong for a holiday this Tet, envy lah, hichic...
Just leave some lines before going out to see the fireworks now. We will later go the pagoda before coming home. Hubbie always goes there only one time in the year, every New Year's Eve. He says all what he prays always come true?!!! This will be my very first time tonite. I would pray Happiness for myself and the family.
Have received and msg from Doctors, colleagues and friends with nice wishes. Feel excited. I am enjoying this Tet every second!

29 Tết

Got up very late in the morning, 10am or so. . Checked if there is any email. No one is available. Surely, some are busy preparing for Tet, others are enjoying the weekend as usual. An article caught the eyes, funny, hi. Feel very comfortable. There is a lot of work to do today. The checklist is quite long.
Shopping round 1: Around noon. Heavy bags
Shopping round 2: After a short nap. Big and heavy bags.
Shopping round 3: From 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Big bags but not heavy at all.

Still wonder why we have to buy so many things though can not use up all during Tet. Hic, it is really a must. Cut, cleaned, wrapped, put into the fridge. Tomorrow will be the day for tidying up everything, cooking different dishes and ... enjoying TET. Have a g'nite my friends! Happy Tet also!
